I had such a wonderful dining experience here, and a big part of that was thanks to Kylie. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel so welcome. She was incredibly attentive throughout the evening — checking in at just the right times without being overbearing, and offering great recommendations from the menu.

We chose correctly. The menu was great, so many options. The new Nashville hot chicken sandwich was great. The chocolate banana cream pie dessert was pretty good too. The mushroom and kale pizza was great. The old fashion was one of the best I have had!

I took my 11-year-old daughter to Earl’s Downtown for a dinner and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Our server, Sophie, was incredible—friendly, attentive, and really went above and beyond. I had the steak and sushi and my daughter went with the margherita pizza. The food was perfect, the atmosphere was warm and lively, and the music was at just the right volume—not too loud, not too quiet. It was a memorable night with amazing service and great food. We’ll definitely be back.

We had an exceptional dining experience at Earls Bankers Hall, all thanks to our amazing server, Taylor! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel right at home with her warm and welcoming demeanor. She was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, always making sure we had everything we needed. What really stood out was her ability to personalize our experience. After chatting with us about our preferences, she made spot-on food recommendations that we absolutely loved. It's clear she knows the menu well and takes the time to understand her guests' tastes. *Food* Sesame Citrus Noodle Bowl (8.5/10): I was not disappointed with this plate. Every bite was an explosion of flavors; the dressing was perfect! I ordered it with Ahi Tuna, which came fresh. The plate presentation is simply amazing. The only small issue is the portion of the protein, the protein (whether it's chicken or tuna) is not enough compared to the serving size of noodles. Truffle Tortellini (9/10): Delicious! Tasty, fresh, creamy, flavorful, and simply fulfilling. Deep Fried Shrimp (9/10): A great and safe option if you're sharing an appetizer, comes with a sweet and chili sauce which was so good. Crispy Tofu Sushi Tacos (9/10): A great appetizer to start with and a great option for vegans/vegetarians. *Service* The staff was super friendly and was always attentive, always checking up on us. The food came right on time and the whole experience was great. Out of the 5 branches I've visited, it's one of the best so far. *Atmosphere* Cozy and classy vibes in this place, love it!

My new favourite spot for dinner, the food, drinks and service were fantastic! I had a not-so-great experience at Earls Bankers Hall in the summer, but I decided to give it another chance—and I’m so glad I did! This time, everything was absolutely amazing. Yiomara, the guest experience manager, was incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our visit. Our server, Kaitlyn, was equally fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made the whole dining experience even better. The team truly turned things around, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend giving them a visit and make sure to try the sushi tacos because they are the best thing ever!
